Rested and ready to go again..

I've had a few days (ok, a week) to relax now. I've done a lot of nothing. I slept in today as well, which felt great. But, now, I am rested and ready to do another vacation. :)  My friends and I leave Sunday morning for New York City. We're actually staying in New Jersey, but it's right across the tunnel.  I'm looking forward to this trip. I've been to NYC before, but only to go to Broadway. I've never been to Central Park, the Statue of Liberty, etc. Of course, I plan on hitting up some great food joints too!
